ORDERS & SHIPPING

Q: When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday–Friday by 1PM (CST) for in-stock items ship the same day, unless otherwise stated. Orders placed after 1PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Q: Do you ship on weekends?
No, we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday, unless it’s a holiday.

Q: How long does shipping take?
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Q: How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items ship on or before the date listed in the product description. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they will ship together once everything is ready.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, eligible items can be returned for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Q: What items are final sale?
All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued if:
- We cancel your order
- We send the wrong item
- Your item is damaged due to our error


ORDER CHANGES & CONTACT

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
No. All orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please double-check your cart and shipping info before checking out.

Q: Can I DM you about my order?
No. Please do not send DMs. We do not respond to customer service inquiries via social media.

Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
